Pour différents domaines : La construction, le monde médical, l'informatique, la formation, le gouvernement, le bâtiment, les communications, les marché publics et privés.

« Le système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) » est une application accessible via l’Internet et rassemblant les différents avis de marchés publics des donneurs d’ouvrage du Québec.

Les fournisseurs intéressés par les marchés publics peuvent y consulter les avis publiés et se procurer les documents afférents.

Les avis publiés sur le site proviennent des ministères et organismes publics qui publient leurs avis exclusivement sur le SEAO. D’autres avis proviennent des municipalités, des organisations des réseaux de la santé et des services sociaux ainsi que de l'éducation, qui ont la possibilité de publier leurs avis via le même site.

The official site for calls for tenders, online bids, and legal notices for both the public and private sectors.

For various business sectors: Construction, medicine, information technology, training, government, real estate, communications, and public and private markets.

« The online tendering system (SEAO) » is an application that can be accessed through the internet and brings together all the different public sector notices from Quebec’s work providers.

Suppliers interested in public markets can consult public notices and obtain the relevant documents.

The notices published on the site come from government departments and public organizations that publish their notices only on SEAO. Other notices come form municipalities, organizations that are part of the health care and social services networks as well as those in the education sector, who can publish their notices though the same site.
