ETS is inviting Tenders for the
supply of a 3D printer requiring no injection of plastic that will be used to make
plastic objects without having to make a mold.
RECEPTION OF THE CFT
The Tenderer has the responsibility to obtain all documents
necessary to the preparation of its Tender and to seek all necessary
information regarding the Equipment to be supplied and the CFT requirements.
All inquiries shall be made according to the procedure provided for in Section 2.2.
Should the Tenderer find any omission or mistake in the CFT
document, the Tenderer shall inform ETS of such omission or mistake following
the procedure provided for in Section 2.2.
By submitting its Tender, the Tenderer recognizes having read
and understood the CFT document and accepts its terms and conditions.
INQUIRIES REGARDING THE CFT
ETS Procurement Service representative
identified on the cover of the CFT document is the only person authorized to
communicate with the Tenderer about the transaction that is subject to this CFT
until the contract award.
All inquiries regarding this CFT
must be made exclusively in writing to the attention of said representative.
This is a tender compliance
requirement and failure to comply will result in automatic rejection of the Tender.
No verbal information can commit ETS
or be interpreted as modifying the CFT document.
MODIFICATION (ADDENDA) TO
If the CFT document needs to be explained,
modified or completed before the Closing Time, ETS will transmit the necessary
information through the electronic tendering system named "Système
électronique d’appel d’offres" (SEAO : https://www.seao.ca/index.aspx).
addenda will then become an integral part of the CFT document.
The Tenderer has the responsibility
to review the addenda transmitted via SEAO. All addenda must be accounted for
on Form 1 –Tender.
ETS reserves its right to amend the
CFT document before the Closing Time and, if required, to modify this Closing
To be validly received, the Tender must
be sealed and delivered no later than the Closing Time. Late Tenders will not
be considered and will be returned to sender unopened.
The Tenderer must send its Tender by
courier (Purolator, UPS, FedEX...) or bring it in person to ETS Procurement Service
to the civic address:

Tenders received anywhere else in ETS will not be
accepted. This is a Tender compliance requirement and failure to comply will
result in automatic rejection of the Tender.
A Tender by regular mail, email or by
fax is not acceptable. This is a Tender compliance requirement and failure to

The Tenderer can withdraw its Tender
by sending a letter by fax or e-mail to the procurement service representative identified
on the cover of the CFT document. Said letter must be received prior to the Closing
The withdrawal of a Tender does not
preclude the Tenderer from submitting a new Tender.
